Intensive Case Management is a federally-funded program operated under the auspices of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, the Administration for Children and Families, and Office of Refugee Resettlement. The North Carolina African Services Coalition operates the Preferred Communities program through Ethiopian Community Development Council (ECDC).

□ Single-parent households

□ Elderly Refugees

□ LGBTQ+ Refugees

 □ Medical need

□ Disabled or chronically ill

□ Chronic Illness

□ Refugees with Social Adjustment Issues

□ Refugees with Psychological Conditions

 □Victims of Torture/DV/GVB

□ Caregiver

□ Secondary migrants
