Latosha is currently the Operations Manager and Employment Specialist at African Services Coalition. She is a graduate of NC A&T State University where she received MSc in Adult Education. She has been with NCASC since September 2014. Prior to that, she was a Career Counselor for the City of Greensboro and Guilford County Workforce Development. She has a strong passion for facilitating Adult Learner and helping them bridge the gap between their current state and their personal definition of success. Latosha enjoys the opportunity to look and observe the world from others experiences, and she finds that when she leaves an adult learning experience, that she has learned just as much as she has shared. Refugee resettlement is a wonderful opportunity to learn, involve, educate, and empower. The plurality of cultures and life experiences ensures that no two days will ever be the same in her profession. Latosha knows that she is here for the people. The people in which she serves and the people in which she serves beside are her humble, grounded, and well rounded. Latosha looks forward to serving in this field for many years to come.
